Home > What will it take to end fatalities from measles?

A new commentary by Kimberly Thompson discusses the new epidemiological model by Portnoy et al. This model estimates case-fatality ratios for measles in low-income and middle-income countries on the basis of historical data. They also used the model and assumptions (eg, future measles vaccination coverage) to project declines in case-fatality ratios up to 2030.
