IVIR-AC at WHO will be multidisciplinary, with members who have a range of technical knowledge, skills, and experience relevant to Mathematical Modelling, Economic analysis, Implementation Research, and Policymaking.
IVIR-AC is tasked with reviewing quantitative methods in vaccine-related research and implementation research and advising the Department of Immunization, Vaccines, and Biologicals (IVB) on their relevance and applicability.
The ideal candidate will be expected to meet at least two times annually virtually or in person, usually for 4-5 days each time. Interim ad hoc teleconferences to discuss urgent action items may be required of the members.
