CARE case studies on COVID-19 vaccination delivery in six countries

CARE conducted several case studies and evaluations on the cost and process of delivering COVID-19 vaccines. Case studies are available for Nepal, South Sudan and Zambia on the cost of delivering COVID-19 vaccines using budget data from CARE’s on the ground operations, while CARE also conducted evaluations of last mile delivery in Bangladesh, DRC (English and French), Malawi and Zambia which include issues voiced by health workers at all levels of the health system, and particularly community-level. Additionally, CARE conducted an analysis of World Bank funding for COVID-19 vaccination and recovery in 60 countries with approved funding under the COVID-19 Strategic Preparedness and Response Program (SPRP).
