Fredrick Luwaga is the Vaccines Program Manager at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Uganda. Fred has been with CHAI Uganda close to 5 years. He is a public health specialist with a strong background in statistics and has considerable expertise and experience in a wide range of public health projects management, financing, donor engagement, monitoring and evaluation. Prior to CHAI, Fred worked with Baylor College of Medicine for over 10 years in different monitoring and evaluation roles for projects spanning HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, maternal and child health and capacity building for health workers.
