Noemi Schramm Ndao is a health economist with ten years of experience working in West and Central Africa. After completing her studies in Switzerland and the UK, she started working for the Government of Sierra Leone as health economist, and then continued working with the government as seconded technical advisor within the areas of human resources for health, supply financing and public financial management. The last two years she has been working with UNICEF as health financing consultant to improve public financial management for vaccine financing in West and Central Africa. She is currently studying for a doctorate degree at the CESAG university in Dakar.
