Charlotte Muheki is a Health Economist, with good coordination, conceptual and analytic skills and 26-year experience in health financing and health economics research, health financing equity analyses, health systems research, monitoring and evaluation, program management, and training/curriculum development. She has extensive experience in health financing, universal health coverage, resource tracking, Public Expenditure Reviews, National Health Accounts, financial and benefit incidence analyses, budget analysis, investment cases, cost-effectiveness and costing studies, and value-for-money assessments of programs. She also has disease/condition-specific research experience, mainly in immunization, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and maternal health. She has provided technical support to Ministries of Health in different countries.
