BactiVac have announced that the 5th Annual Network Meeting 2024, will be hosted in collaboration with The Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU) at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on November 4-7, 2024. Delegates will have opportunities to hear from internationally renowned speakers and broaden connections within our membership. Please note this event will be in-person only.

The meeting is open to members only – you can apply for free membership here. Bookings are subject to availability, and registration will close when all places have been filled, after which a waiting list will be in operation. The meeting program will be shared on the BactiVac website in due course.

All registration fees are significantly subsidized by BactiVac, and in addition there is an early bird rate giving a further discount for bookings up to June 9, 2024 (23:59 UK time). There are limited places available at this meeting, so you are encouraged to book your place as soon as possible. Registration will close once all available places have been booked and a waiting list will then be in operation. Please note that places are non transferrable.

The 5th Annual Network Meeting will include the following:

  • Three-day scientific program

  • Networking sessions

  • Poster session

Additional opportunities for members:

  • Travel bursary scheme is available (via a competitive application process)

  • Submission of abstracts for the poster session

  • Applications close on April 21, 2024, 23:59 UK time
