The authors carried out a systematic review of articles related to the costing of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine delivery in low-and middle-income countries published in the years of 2005 to 2023. The majority of the studies were conducted in countries in Africa and at the time of HPV vaccine pilots or demonstrations. They found that the vaccine delivery financial costs ranged between $0.31 to $24.07 per dose and $1.48 to $48.70 per dose for economic costs.
