The Country-led Assessment for Prioritization on Immunization (CAPACITI) decision-support tool was developed to support national immunization programs to prioritize among multiple immunization products, services, or strategies. It also helps to combine evidence and different stakeholder views to come to a legitimate and credible recommendation.

This article describes the user feedback from Indonesia and Ethiopia, two initial countries that piloted the CAPACITI decision-support tool, highlighting enabling and constraining factors. Potential immunization program benefits and lessons learned are also summarized for consideration in other settings.
