Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance is issuing a call for abstracts on Zero-Dose (ZD) programmatic evidence to critically inform its strategy, policies and programming guidance for the upcoming years.

The Alliance is seeking abstracts that describe programmatic evidence from emerging or completed learning activities (e.g., implementation research, case studies, assessments, etc.) across the Identify – Reach – Monitor – Measure – Advocate (IRMMA) framework.

Evidence collected through this call will be presented and discussed in a Gavi learning event connecting ZD evidence generation to utilisation and impact – the Zero Dose Learning Week, on the week of September 9th.

Abstracts can be received until July 12th and will go through a selection process. If abstracts are accepted, authors will be informed by July 26th and will have the opportunity to submit posters highlighting key recommendations by August 23rd. Posters will be on display at the Global Health Campus in Geneva during the ZD Learning Week. Authors of the highest rated abstracts will be invited to present their work at the event. Following the event, Gavi will also ensure synthesis and sharing of findings to countries and partner via other channels.

The abstracts should be a maximum of 400 words. Multiple abstracts with different findings can be submitted by the same authors.

Please reach out to fakhan@gavi.org for questions or further clarification.
