On December 10, 2025, we welcomed over 140 community members for a webinar on the cost of reaching zero-dose children.

Flavia Moi (Health Systems Insight) shared a synthesis of the global evidence on the cost of reaching zero-dose children, Girmaye Dinsa (Fenot Associates & Ministry of Health Ethiopia) and Abdi Gari Negasa (Fenot Associates & Haramaya University) presented a study on the cost of vaccinating zero-dose children in rural Ethiopia through routine delivery strategies as well as periodic intensification of routine immunization (PIRI) and mobile health and nutrition teams, Hadiza Salele (CHAI) shared findings on the cost and impact of extending immunization sessions to evenings and weekends in Lagos, Nigeria, and Tahmeena Hassan (PHC Global) spoke on the cost of identifying zero-dose children through house-to-house polio campaigns and vaccinating them through integrated outreach activities and clinic on wheels in two provinces in Pakistan.
