Registration is now open for BactiVac 6th Annual Network Meeting which will be hosted at the Edgbaston Park Hotel in Birmingham, UK on 5 – 6 November 2025. Delegates will have opportunities to hear from internationally renowned speakers and broaden connections within the membership. The two-day programme will be an excellent forum for exchanging ideas and furthering research possibilities. Please note this event will be in-person only. The meeting is open to members only – you can apply for free membership here. Bookings are subject to availability, and registration will close when all places have been filled, after which a waiting list will be in operation. The meeting programme will be shared on the BactiVac website in due course.

The 6th Annual Network Meeting will include:

  • two-day scientific programme
  • networking sessions
  • poster session 

BactiVac welcome abstract submissions for poster presentation and travel bursary applications from Network members who are early career researchers or any member based in an LMIC country. The Network will also be hosting a Grant Writing Workshop on Tuesday 4 November 2025. This Workshop aims to help researchers effectively plan and communicate their proposal ideas to maximise the chances of securing funding. Applications for these opportunities close on 11 May 2025 (23:59 UK time). Discounted early-bird registration ends on 22 June 2025 (23:59 hrs UK time).
