PHC Global is undertaking a study to map fund flows and resource allocation at the primary healthcare (PHC) facility level in Sindh, Pakistan. Funded by ThinkWell and supported by the Gates Foundation, this initiative aims to identify financial management bottlenecks that are affecting service delivery, specifically in immunization, nutrition, maternal and neonatal child health (MNCH), and tuberculosis (TB) programs. The study will provide actionable recommendations for enhancing financial efficiency and improving healthcare delivery.
To support this project, PHC Global is seeking a Consultant Health Finance Specialist to develop quantitative tools, conduct in-depth data analysis, and produce an evidence-based report that will guide policy improvements. The ideal candidate will be an expert in health financing with a strong ability to design research methodologies specific to health facility financing and costing.
