The International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group, seeks a Short-Term Consultant to support the ASEAN Vaccine Security Self-Reliance initiative. The role involves coordinating public-private stakeholder forums, enhancing regional collaboration among ASEAN countries, promoting global partnerships, and supporting early-stage vaccine manufacturing project development.
Candidates should hold an advanced degree in business, finance, life sciences, or related fields, with 8–10 years’ experience in the vaccine sector, preferably in ASEAN. Strong expertise in vaccine production, market research, and stakeholder engagement is required.
