National Consultant, Measles and Rubella Vaccination Campaign at IFRC Africa

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is seeking a National Consultant for Vaccination Campaigns in the Africa Region. The consultant will be responsible for preparing funding applications, developing campaign timelines, and using a readiness assessment tool. They will analyze data to ensure best practices, with a focus on reaching hard-to-reach areas.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in immunization programs, specifically in planning, implementing, and evaluating vaccine-preventable disease control activities. Experience providing technical support for international public health programs in low-resource settings and working with various partners is essential. Strong communication, diplomatic, and leadership skills are required, and proficiency in French is a plus. The consultant will also be responsible for monitoring campaign progress, supporting training for health workers, and preparing weekly updates and a final national report.

Senior Health Economy Lead at Novo Nordisk Foundation

The Novo Nordisk Foundation is seeking a Senior Health Economy Lead to join its Health Systems & Economics Team within the Global & Public Health Department. In this strategic role, you will help shape health economics frameworks that guide sustainable health systems across our global funding initiatives. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary experts in global health, you will lead economic evaluations, policy analyses, and system-level modeling to inform large-scale grantmaking and investment decisions.

Ideal candidates will hold an advanced degree in health economics, public health, or a related discipline, with extensive experience in macro‑level health system modeling, economic policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement at the institutional and policy level. You will also have strong analytical and leadership capabilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision‑making. The position is based at the Foundation’s Copenhagen headquarters (with potential for hybrid flexibility), offering the opportunity to influence high-impact health initiatives with global reach.
