We are pleased to announce an exciting new chapter for ImmunizationEconomics.org. KEMRI Wellcome Trust will join Health Systems Insight in co-leading the platform, marking an important milestone for our community.
At a time when countries are facing growing fiscal constraints and difficult decisions about how to allocate limited resources, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the role of economic evidence in immunization decision-making. Together, we will continue supporting governments and partners to make better investment decisions by translating research into policy-relevant insights, sustainably building capacity to generate and use economic evidence, and convening the Immunization Economics network to connect researchers, policymakers, donors, and practitioners working to shape immunization policy and financing.
As a long-standing partner and leader in immunization economics, KEMRI Wellcome Trust is ideally positioned to help guide the next phase of our community. This new model represents an important step towards greater localization of ImmunizationEconomics.org’ leadership, and we look forward to working together to strengthen the network and advance evidence-informed immunization policy and investment decisions across low- and middle-income countries.
