Elise Smith is an associate at Genesis Analytics, focusing on health economics and financing. She has experience in sustainable financing, costing, and budgeting for HIV, TB and COVID-19 programmes in various African countries including South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Côte d’Ivoire. Elise holds an MPH (Health Economics) from the University of Cape Town and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health Economics at the University of Cape Town.
