Things to know for IHEA 2025

No longer attending? Please de-register! Let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend the pre-congress so we can free up a spot for another attendee.

Before the pre-congress

  • Make sure you have the necessary travel documents needed to enter Indonesia. Guidance on travel and visas can be found on IHEA’s website (scroll down and click on “Onsite Participation”). Please note that at this point, only those who can obtain visas on arrival are still in time to request a visa.
  • Reminder that Immunization Economics IHEA Pre-Congress in Bali is free for IHEA main congress attendees. If you are not registered for the main congress, IHEA will charge a daily fee of $50-$100 (depending on your country and student/early career status) to attend pre-congress sessions. You still have time to register for the main congress here.
  • Have a look at the agenda for our pre-congress, and learn more about the sessions and the speakers.
  • Review our agenda and speaker bios, as well as a curated list of immunization economics presentations at the main congress.

During the pre-congress

  • Venue: Our pre-congress will take place in the Frangipani room, located on the ground floor (or Level 1) of the Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), which is located at the Westin Resort, Nusa Dua, Bali. Click here for more information on the venue.
  • Registration: The registration desk for the Immunization Economics Pre-Congress will be located at the entrance of the Frangipani room, where the pre-congress is taking place. Registration for our pre-congress will take place between 7:30-8:30 on Saturday, July 19. For anyone arriving later on Saturday, please find Astri Pratiwi during the meeting and she will register you. If you are joining on Sunday only, you can register between 7:30-8:30 on Sunday, July 20.
  • Lunch: During registration, we will provide a free voucher for a buffet lunch for each day of the pre-congress. Lunch will be served at the Exhibition Hall, which is also located on the ground floor (or Level 1) of the BICC.
  • Main congress registration: If you are also attending the main congress, you can registration for that at the Registration Foyer of the BICC after 7:30. Don’t forget to bring an ID. If you plan to register for the main congress the morning before attending our pre-congress, make sure you allow ample time for that as waiting time for the main congress registration can be significant.

We look forward to seeing you in Bali!
