Dr Monica Jain, a lead evaluation specialist at 3ie, manages and leads a global portfolio of policy relevant mixed-methods evaluations and evidence synthesis in several SDG-relevant sectors, especially immunization, health, and nutrition. She has been involved in various working groups and advisory councils in immunization, including WHO reference group for developing tools to measure behavioural and social drivers (BeSD) of HPV vaccination; WHO working group for development of tools for BeSD measures of childhood vaccination uptake; advisory council for Vaccine Confidence Fund, funded by Facebook and Merck; and advisory board of Suvita, a non-profit to expand immunisation coverage in India. She holds a PhD in Economics from University of California, Riverside.
