Dr. Chinyere Okeke is a fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP) in Community Health. She has been carrying out health policy and systems research to produce evidence for policymaking in my states and in the country. She has undertaken health technology assessments in the past. She has for the past 7 years been lecturing undergraduate and postgraduate students. Her main research interests are health systems, policy and management, health technology assessment, and health financing.
Dr. Sergio Torres-Rueda is an Assistant Professor in Health Economics at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. He specialises in economic evaluation and priority setting. He has conducted research across low- and middle-income settings in Africa, Asia and Latin America and has expertise in a range of areas, including HIV, COVID-19 and prevention of violence against women and girls. He has also provided technical assistance in system-wide reforms to strengthen primary health care and universal health coverage, including health benefit package design and institutionalisation of health technology assessments.
